The life and lasting legacy of the late Jim Vance is inspiring a new group of budding journalists through a new scholarship program at a high school that held a special place in the late News4 anchor’s heart. Archbishop Carroll High School unveiled its Jim Vance Media Program Friday. For years, Vance funded college scholarships so ACHS seniors could attend historically black colleges and universities.
